About Us

Ren-Elle Realty is a husband and wife business venture initially begun when Rene Trial and Michelle Carrier-Trial dove into the rental property business in the early 1990's. With Rene's background as a licensed general contractor, plumber, and stationary steam engineer, and Michelle's expertise as a real estate attorney, they believed they had the perfect combination to be good landlords as well as property managers. Today they manage over 100 units throughout New Bedford, Dartmouth and Fairhaven and perform some type of ongoing maintenance to several more. In addition, they have also renovated several tenements, office buildings, condos and single family homes.

Ren-Elle Realty has a maintenance staff to handle lawn and yard work, snow removal, and hallway/common area cleaning. The office personnel take care of posting monthly rents, making necessary bank deposits and paying all the building expenses. Michelle personally reviews tax bills annually to determine if an abatement might be possible. Rene makes routine exterior and common area inspections of all properties to determine what preventive maintenance needs a building may have over the next 12-18 months.
