APARTMENTS AND HOUSES
This is a sampling of some apartments, single family homes, multi units, tenements, and cottages that we currently manage in the Greater New Bedford, Dartmouth, Acushnet, Fairhaven area.
To apply, tenants must be fully screened. All our applicants are reviewed for past credit and rental history. Last months rent and security deposit are required. Some landlords are offering one year leases, while others accept month-to-month rentals.
All buildings include major appliances. Many offer coin-operated laundry systems in their basement
or laundry hook-ups for tenants who choose to bring in their own washers and dryers.
We offer many "pet friendly" buildings as well. Some landlords permit cats and many breeds of dogs, birds and small reptiles. Fish are always welcome!
Many buildings have beautiful outdoor decks and porches for tenants to sit and enjoy the New England weather.
Some larger buildings provide off street parking for both the tenant and their guests. Many have well maintained courtyards with irrigated lawns, manicured shrubbery and backyards filled with birds and wildlife. Tenants get the feel of the countryside- but are just moments away from full highway access and area shopping!
Most offer modern applianced kitchens including: stoves, refrigerators and even some dishwashers. Others provide for wall and base cabinets, numerous drawers and tiled flooring.
Most have ceiling fans and some provide air conditioner sleeves to install your own unit, should you choose. Many walls are painted in soft, off white, neutral tones while others have wall paper or wood paneling. Tenants bring in their own color schemes with furniture and curtains. While some buildings offer hardwood floors, others provide wall to wall carpeting. All units are clean and in "move-in" condition. Common areas, including hallways and basements, are routinely cleaned and well maintained by our staff.
